Multiple TVs connected to 1 DVD player or CCTV require a SITE LICENSE. However, each copy of Waves includes the right for Non Profit public screenings on a single TV and DVD player like in a waiting room. If you have multiple TVs each with a DVD player in separate rooms each playing it's own Waves DVD, then you do not need a site license.
